Our History and Mission

Pay-Net was founded in 1995 by Wayne Lee and Don Fallon, using their combined 25 years of experience in the Payroll Service Industry. The goal was to establish a company with the reputation of having an excellent product combined with the best customer service available in the industry, offered at a competitive price level. Our company's success demonstrates our adherence to these goals.

As a charter member of I.P.P.A. (Independent Payroll Providers Association), Pay-Net is assured of maintaining current, state-of-the-art processing systems and access to all current payroll tax regulations on both Federal and State levels.

On January 1, 2006, Mr. Fallon retired from Pay-Net, followed by Mr. Lee in April 2019.  Hollis Lee, Wayne’s son has continued the business and is involved in the daily activities of the company.
