allows your employees access from anywhere in the world! Employees
can see their earnings, deductions, insurance plans, retirement
plans, etc. This is a secure web site requiring a secure password
from each employee for access.
- Deductions and/or earnings can be "time phased." In other
words, by entering a beginning and/or an ending date, earnings
or deductions can start and/or finish by date control. For
example, if an employee gets a raise that is effective at
some date in the future, you can enter this information today
and it will not become effective until you reach that date!
- The payroll system can be setup so that medical plans
are maintained at the company level and then employee information
points to which plan they are participating. That way, when
the company receives notice of an increase (or decrease)
in medical premiums, you only have to make the changes in
one place, the company level, not at the employee level.
- Complete retirement plan tracking, including electronic
file preparation that can be forwarded to plan administrators.
- For time-off accruals, the system will automatically
check for an employee's anniversary date and determine
if a different accrual rate should become effective.
- The system has a number of fields and screens that
HR departments can utilize, such as birth dates, hire
dates, EEO coding, term dates and reason, review dates
and job performance tracking, dependent tracking,
home telephone numbers, position coding, 401k eligibility
and enrollment, education levels, previous employment,
skill levels, emergency contacts, insurance plans,
union coding, citizenship tracking, visa tracking,
etc.
- The system has a unique section for employee
tracking. Any document or picture can be digitally
scanned, stored, and then linked to the employee,
allowing for instant recall. This is a very flexible
HR solution and examples include:
- Employment applications and resumes can be
scanned and linked to the employee for instant
recall.
- Work visas can be scanned and linked to
the employee.
- Written reviews can be scanned and linked
to the employee.
- W-4's, I-9's, and any other employment
form can be scanned and linked.
- Disciplinary documents can be scanned
and linked to the employee.
- In other words, if it can be digitally
scanned, then it can be stored and
linked to an employee!
- Custom screens containing company-specific
fields can be easily setup by a user. These screens
are setup on the company level and will immediately
effective on the employee level for data entry.
In other words, if you don't see it in the software,
you can add it!
- The system will automatically determine if
an employee is eligible for "catch up", according
to IRS rules for retirement plans, based on
the employee's age. The company user is not
required to be concerned about adherence to
these rules.

to applicant tracking system, special employee
screens for Worker's Comp Claims, OSHA, FMLA,
Warnings, Benefit Tracking, Dependent Listing,
Emergency Contacts, history of reviews and
raises, Professional Licenses, Professional
